I, Yogesh Bhardwaj(45Y, Male, IT professional) had developed stage-3 slip disk with MRI report L4-L5(AP=12, TD=16) & L5-S1(AP=10, TD=13) & had sever sciatica pain starting below knee cap till foot. The degree of pain was 9/10, and it was so painful that I could not stand & walk more than few seconds. I visited several doctors including orthopedic, spine surgens in renowned hospitals and almost everyone recommended for surgery for my condition. I tried prescribed medicine like muscle & nerve relaxant and steroids pain killers, ointments etc, but my pain only increased, I also visited couple of local physiotherepy centers and took sessions but nothing improved, I was in extreme pain for 4-5 weeks due to which my posture was tilted by 20 degree towards one side and my daily life was severely impacted.
